The 1st INTERNATIONAL SAMUI FINE DINING FESTIVAL is presented by 16 top restaurants and an international elite of Executive chefs.Every day in March, each restaurant offers a 7-course Fine Dining menu.
There are also 5 Gala dinners and various special events with prominent guest chefs Khun Nooror-Steppé, the co-owner of the Blue Elephant Group, who is in charge of the Opening Gala Dinner on March 1 at Nora Buri Resort as well as Thibault Chiumenti of the Reflexions Restaurant at Plaza Athénée Bangkok – A Royal Méridien Hotel, who will present a Gala Dinner on March 24 at Le Méridien Koh Samui Resort & Spa. Renowned chef Hervé Frerard, owner of the “Le Beaulieu” Restaurant in Bangkok, will present a Gala Dinner at Beach Republic on March 28.
